1. (1) religious organization;
2. (2) fraternal organization;
3. (3) charitable organization; or
4. (4) volunteer fire company operating in a community that does not have a paid fire department.

To benefit charity in the county or to further its purposes, an entity may conduct bingo if the entity is a bona fide:
