- (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Gaming event” includes:
- (1) a bazaar;
- (2) a carnival;
- (3) a raffle;
- (4) a tip jar; and
- (5) a punchboard.
- (c) “Tip jar” includes an electronic tip jar dispenser that does not connect to the Internet or to a server.
