1. (a) In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Bingo” includes instant bingo.
3. (c) “Gaming event” means a carnival, bazaar, raffle, or other game of entertainment.

4. (d) “Qualified organization” means:

   1. (1) a volunteer fire company; or

   2. (2) a bona fide:

      1. (i) religious organization;
      2. (ii) fraternal organization;
      3. (iii) civic organization;
      4. (iv) war veterans' organization; or
      5. (v) charitable organization.
