1. (a)

   1. (1) In this part the following words have the meanings indicated.
   2. (2) “Table games” has the meaning stated in § 9-1A-01 of the State Government Article.
   3. (3) “Video lottery employee” has the meaning stated in § 9-1A-01 of the State Government Article.
   4. (4) “Video lottery facility” has the meaning stated in § 9-1A-01 of the State Government Article.
   5. (5) “Video lottery terminal” has the meaning stated in § 9-1A-01 of the State Government Article.

2. (b)

   1. (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, an individual under the age of 21 years may not:

      1. (i) play a table game or video lottery terminal in a video lottery facility; or
      2. (ii) enter or remain in an area within a video lottery facility that is designated for table game or video lottery terminal activities.
   2. (2) A video lottery employee who is an adult may enter or remain in an area within a video lottery facility that is designated for table game or video lottery terminal activities if the video lottery employee is working.
