1. (a) A person testifying in a supplementary or discovery proceeding in aid of a judgment or execution is not excused from answering a question because the answer may tend to connect him with the commission of fraud.
2. (b) An answer may not be used as evidence against the person in a criminal proceeding based upon the fraud.
