1. (a) Unless the arbitration agreement provides otherwise, the award shall provide for payment of the arbitrators' expenses, fees, and any other expense incurred in the conduct of the arbitration.
2. (b) Unless the arbitration agreement provides otherwise, the award may not include counsel fees.
