1. (a) In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Court” means a court of equity.
3. (c) “Guardian” means a person appointed by a court as guardian of the person or property or both of a disabled person.
4. (d) “Personal representative” means an executor, administrator, or special administrator.
