1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Approved standards” means the standards described in § 8-103(b) of this subtitle.
3. (c) “Commission” means the Maryland Commission on Correctional Standards.
4. (d) “Minimum mandatory standards” means the standards described in § 8-103(a) of this subtitle.
