1. (1) at least once each month at each correctional facility in the Division of Correction; and
2. (2) as often as necessary at other correctional facilities in the State at which incarcerated individuals eligible for parole consideration are confined.

The Commission or the Commission's hearing examiners shall hear cases for parole release:
