Issuance of Certificate of Completion

  1. (a) In this section, “offender” has the meaning stated in § 6-101 of this article.
  2. (b) The Department may issue a certificate of completion to an offender who:

    1. (1) was supervised by the Department under conditions of:

      1. (i) parole;
      2. (ii) probation; or
      3. (iii) mandatory release supervision;
    2. (2) has completed all special and general conditions of supervision, including paying all required restitution, fines, fees, and other payment obligations; and
    3. (3) is no longer under the jurisdiction of the Department.
