1. (a)

   1. (1) With the approval of the Secretary, the Commissioner shall appoint the Director and Deputy Director of the Pretrial Release Services Program.
   2. (2) The Director is the head of the Pretrial Release Services Program.

2. (b)

   1. (1) The Director and Deputy Director of the Pretrial Release Services Program serve at the pleasure of the Commissioner.
   2. (2) The Director and Deputy Director are entitled to the compensation provided in the State budget.
