Membership of Customer Council

- (1) the Chief Executive Officer;
(2) one representative from each of the following State agencies, appointed by the Secretary of the respective agency:
- (i) the Department of Budget and Management;
- (ii) the Department of Commerce;
- (iii) the Department of General Services;
- (iv) the Maryland Department of Health;
- (v) the Department of Human Services;
- (vi) the Department of Transportation; and
- (vii) the Maryland Higher Education Commission; and
- (3) three customers recommended by the Chief Executive Officer and appointed by the Governor.
The Customer Council shall consist of the following 11 members:
