1. (a) This section applies only in Worcester County.

2. (b) While confined in the Worcester County Jail, an incarcerated individual employed under § 11-602 of this title shall pay:

   1. (1) court-ordered payments for restitution; and
   2. (2) the cost of the food, lodging, and clothing of the incarcerated individual.

3. (c) The County Commissioners shall:

   1. (1) establish the per diem rate for the food, lodging, and clothing of an incarcerated individual; and
   2. (2) designate an agent to collect the costs specified in this section.
