- (a) This section applies only in Queen Anne's County.
(b) While confined in the Queen Anne's County Jail, an incarcerated individual employed under § 11-602 of this title shall pay:
- (1) court-ordered payments, including restitution payments; and
- (2) the reasonable cost of the food, lodging, and clothing of the incarcerated individual.
(c) The County Commissioners shall:
- (1) establish a reasonable per diem rate for the food, lodging, and clothing of an incarcerated individual; and
- (2) designate the Warden of the Queen Anne's County Jail as the agent to collect the costs and payments specified in this section.
