Md. Code Ann., Correct. Servs. § 11-508 – Commitment to custody of Commissioner of correction or transfer to other local correctional facility

(1) the incarcerated individual's record of accrued diminution credits shall be forwarded to the receiving correctional facility; and
(2) the receiving correctional facility shall apply the credits to reduce the incarcerated individual's term of confinement.

If an incarcerated individual is committed to the custody of the Commissioner of Correction or transferred to another local correctional facility:
