1. (a)

   1. (1) The corporators shall sign articles of incorporation for the religious corporation. These articles shall contain the information required by Part I of this subtitle.
   2. (2) At least three of the corporators shall acknowledge the articles.
2. (b) The corporators shall file the articles with the Department in the same manner and with the same effect as provided in Part I of this subtitle.
