1. (a) The adult members of a church may form a religious corporation as provided in this part.

2. (b) The members shall:

   1. (1) Elect at least four individuals to act as trustees in the name of and on behalf of the church; and
   2. (2) Prepare a plan of the church.

3. (c) The plan shall include:

   1. (1) The purposes for which the religious corporation is formed;
   2. (2) The name of the religious corporation and the church;
   3. (3) The time and manner for election and succession of trustees; and

   4. (4) The exact qualifications of individuals eligible:

      1. (i) To vote at elections; and
      2. (ii) To be elected to office.
