1. (a) Unless otherwise provided in this title, the policy of this title is to give the maximum effect to the principles of freedom of contract and to the enforceability of operating agreements.
2. (b) A provision of this title that may be changed by the terms of an operating agreement also may be changed by the terms of the articles of organization.
