Duties of warrantor

Effective Jan 1, 2008Added by Acts 2007, c. 407, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2008.State of Maryland

(1) Liable to the warranty holder for any wrongful breach of a vehicle protection product warranty; and
(2) Under a duty to:
1. (i) Comply with the requirements of this subtitle; and
2. (ii) Compensate the warranty holder for all reasonable incidental expenses incurred as a result of the breach.
