1. (a) This section does not apply to products made and sold by self-employed blind individuals who reside in the State.

2. (b) Products made by the blind may not be sold without a mark on the products that:

   1. (1) Identifies the products as made by the blind; and
   2. (2) Identifies the organization that made the products.
