- (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
- (b) “Executive Director” has the meaning stated in § 11-501 of this title.
- (c) “Retailer” has the meaning stated in § 11-501 of this title.
- (d) “Sell” has the meaning stated in § 11-501 of this title.
- (e) “Unpackaged cigarette” means any cigarette not contained in a sealed package of 20 or more cigarettes.
- (f) “Vending machine operator” has the meaning stated in § 11-501 of this title.
- (g) “Wholesaler” has the meaning stated in § 11-501 of this title.
