Md. Code Ann., Bus. Reg. § 9A-204 – Meetings and compensation

(a)
1. (1) The Board shall meet once a month in a location and office provided by the State.
2. (2) Special meetings of the Board may be held as the Board provides in its rules and regulations.
(b) A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum.
(c) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
(d) Subject to the State budget, each member of the Board is entitled to:
1. (1) an annual salary of $3,600; and
2. (2) reimbursement for reasonable expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations.¹
