Md. Code Ann., Bus. Reg. § 8-212 – Additional powers and duties

(a) The Commission at any time may require of an applicant or licensee:
1. (1) information reasonably related to the administration or enforcement of this title; and
2. (2) the production of financial records.
(b) The Commission shall have a seal.
