1. (a) The Commission may adopt and enforce regulations to carry out this title.

2. (b)

   1. (1) The executive director shall:

      1. (i) compile and keep in the office of the Commission a set of current regulations adopted under this title; and
      2. (ii) make a copy of the regulations for anyone who asks for one.
   2. (2) The Commission may set a fee to cover the cost of making and mailing a copy of the current regulations.
