Non-arc-resistant jacketed corrugated stainless steel tubing

- (a) A person may not sell, offer for sale, transfer, or distribute non-arc-resistant jacketed corrugated stainless steel tubing.
- (b) A person who violates this section is subject to a civil penalty not exceeding $1,000.
