- (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Restaurant” means an establishment that:
- (1) accommodates the public;
- (2) provides seating; and
- (3) is equipped with facilities for preparing and serving food.
- (c) “Restaurant license” means a license issued by the clerk to operate a restaurant or other eating place.
