1. (a) An applicant for a license shall pay to the clerk the applicable license fee.

2. (b) In a county other than Baltimore City or Baltimore County, the license fee is:

   1. (1) $15 for a business that employs not more than 10 individuals;
   2. (2) $50 for a business that employs 11 to 20 individuals; and
   3. (3) $100 for a business that employs more than 20 individuals.

3. (c) In Baltimore City or Baltimore County, the license fee is:

   1. (1) $40 for a business that employs not more than 10 individuals;
   2. (2) $125 for a business that employs 11 to 20 individuals; and
   3. (3) $250 for a business that employs more than 20 individuals.
