Md. Code Ann., Bus. Reg. § 17-1006 – Applications

(a) An applicant for a State junk license shall:
1. (1) certify to the clerk the applicant's name and business address; and
2. (2) pay to the clerk a license fee of:
  1. (i) $10 for a junk dealer or scrap metal processor license; or
  2. (ii) $5 for an agent license.
(b) All license fees collected for issuance of State junk licenses under this section shall be paid to the Comptroller.
