1. (a) The Advisory Committee shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

2. (b) A member of the Advisory Committee:

   1. (1) may not receive compensation; but
   2. (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,¹ as provided in the State budget.
