- (a) In this part the following words have the meanings indicated.
- (b) “Advisory Committee” means the Maryland-Bred Race Fund Advisory Committee.
- (c) “Fund” means the Maryland-Bred Race Fund.
- (d) “Fund Race” means a race funded by the Maryland-Bred Race Fund.
