1. (a) The Board may use a testing service to administer the examination required under this subtitle.

2. (b) If the Board uses a testing service, the testing service, subject to the requirements set by the Board, shall:

   1. (1) set the time and place of the examination;
   2. (2) give qualified applicants notice of the time and place of the examination;
   3. (3) charge an examination fee not to exceed the cost of administering the examination; and
   4. (4) furnish any information that the Board may require the testing service to provide.
