Md. Code Ann., Bus. Occ. & Prof. § 6-314 – Change of licensee's name, address, or employment

(1) the name of the State licensee;
(2) the address of:
1. (i) the State licensee; or
2. (ii) the person to whom the State licensee assigns a local license; or
(3) the employment of the State licensee, including a change in the assignment of a local license.

Within 10 days after the change, each State licensee shall give the State Board written notice of a change of:
