1. (a) The State Board may use a testing service to administer the examinations given under this title.

2. (b) If the State Board uses a testing service, the testing service, subject to the requirements set by the State Board, may:

   1. (1) set the time and place of examinations;
   2. (2) give qualified applicants notice of the time and place of examinations; and
   3. (3) furnish any other information that the State Board may require the testing service to provide.
