Md. Code Ann., Bus. Occ. & Prof. § 6-204 – Meetings, compensation, and staff

(a) A majority of the authorized membership of the State Board is a quorum.
(b)
1. (1) The State Board shall meet at least once a month, at the times that it determines, in the office of the State Board.
2. (2) The State Board may hold special meetings as necessary.
(c) Subject to the State budget, each member of the State Board is entitled to:
1. (1) an annual salary of $3,600; and
2. (2) reimbursement for reasonable expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations.¹
(d) The State Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
