1. (a) The Board shall issue a barbershop permit to each applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.

2. (b) The Board shall issue a barbershop permit and a beauty salon permit to an applicant of a single establishment if the applicant:

   1. (1) meets the requirements of:

      1. (i) this title; and
      2. (ii) Title 5 of this article;
   2. (2) submits a separate application for each permit; and
   3. (3) pays a separate fee for each application.
