1. (a)

   1. (1) Beginning on July 1, 2008, the Board may set by regulation reasonable fees for its services.

   2. (2) The fees shall be:

      1. (i) set so as to produce funds to approximate the cost of maintaining the Board; and
      2. (ii) based on the calculations performed by the Secretary of Labor under § 2-106.6 of the Business Regulation Article.
2. (b) The Board shall publish the fee schedule set by the Board.

3. (c)

   1. (1) Beginning on July 1, 2007, the Board shall pay all fees collected under this title to the Comptroller.
   2. (2) The Comptroller shall distribute the fees to the State Board of Public Accountancy Fund established in § 2-106.5 of the Business Regulation Article.
