1. (a) Each licensed security guard agency shall display at all times:

   1. (1) the agency license certificate in a conspicuous place in the principal office of the security guard agency; and
   2. (2) each branch office certificate in a conspicuous place in the agency branch office for which the certificate was issued.

2. (b)

   1. (1) If an agency license certificate or branch office certificate is lost or destroyed, the licensee immediately shall notify the Secretary.
   2. (2) On receipt of notice of the loss or destruction of an agency license certificate or branch office certificate, the Secretary may issue a duplicate.
