Meetings and compensation

- (a) A majority of the members then serving on the Commission is a quorum.
(b)
- (1) The Commission shall meet at least once a month, at the times and places that the Commission determines.
- (2) Within a reasonable time after giving notice to the Commission, a member of the public is entitled to be heard, at a meeting of the Commission, on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Commission.
(c) Each member of the Commission is entitled to:
- (1) compensation in accordance with the State budget; and
- (2) reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,1 as provided in the State budget.
