1. (a) An applicant for registration as an appraisal management company shall submit to the Commission an application on a form required by the Commission.
2. (b) A registration issued under this subtitle is valid for 1 year.
3. (c) A person applying for registration as an appraisal management company shall complete an irrevocable Uniform Consent to Service of Process, as required by the Commission.
4. (d) The Commission may set by regulation reasonable fees for registering appraisal management companies under this subtitle.
