1. (a) The Commission shall establish a Home Inspector Hearing Board.

2. (b)

   1. (1) The Hearing Board shall consist of 3 members of the Commission, appointed by the Commission.

   2. (2) Of the 3 positions on the Home Inspector Hearing Board:

      1. (i) 2 shall be licensed home inspectors; and
      2. (ii) 1 shall be a consumer member.
3. (c) From among the members of the Hearing Board, the Commission shall designate a chairman.
