1. (a) The Board shall adopt a code of ethics for practicing land surveying.

2. (b) The Board shall distribute:

   1. (1) a copy of the code of ethics to each applicant for a license; and
   2. (2) as the Board considers necessary, a copy of any amendment to the code of ethics to each licensee.
