Meetings, compensation, and staff

- (a) A majority of the authorized membership of the Board is a quorum.
- (b) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.
(c) A member of the Board:
- (1) may not receive compensation; but
- (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,1 as provided in the State budget.
- (d) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
