1. (1) conduct a business that provides private detective services for compensation;
2. (2) maintain an office for the conduct of the business at each location stated in the agency license certificate;
3. (3) employ individuals as private detectives to provide private detective services to the public on behalf of the licensee; and
4. (4) represent the licensee to the public as a private detective agency.

While a license is in effect, it authorizes the licensee to:
