1. (1) one-half of each fine as provided under § 7-507 of the Courts Article; and

2. (2)

   1. (i) if the offense is committed in a municipality, one-quarter to the municipality and one-quarter to the county; or
   2. (ii) if the offense is committed outside of a municipality, one-half to the county.

Fines imposed in the county shall be distributed as follows:
