1. (a) There is a Class D beer, wine, and liquor license.
2. (b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail at the place described in the license, for on- and off-premises consumption.
3. (c) The license may not be issued for use by a drugstore.

4. (d)

   1. (1) The annual license fee is $750.
   2. (2) The fee for a Sunday permit is $250.
