1. (a) There is a wine tasting (WTL) license.
2. (b) The Board may issue the license to a holder of any class of beer, wine, and liquor license.

3. (c) The license authorizes the holder to allow:

   1. (1) the on-premises consumption of wine for tasting; and
   2. (2) a wholesaler or supplier to present various wines from a single brand owner.
4. (d) The license holder shall notify the Board in writing at least 10 days before a tasting event.
5. (e) A license holder may not serve more than 2 ounces of a single wine to a single customer.
6. (f) A license holder may not charge for the wine tasting.

7. (g) The license may be used for a maximum of:

   1. (1) 12 days in a licensing year for a 12-tasting license; and
   2. (2) 24 days in a licensing year for a 24-tasting license.
8. (h) A single tasting event may not exceed 4 hours.

9. (i)

   1. (1) A maximum of four bottles may be open at any time at a wine tasting event.

   2. (2) After a bottle of wine is opened for a tasting event:

      1. (i) the contents of the bottle may not be mixed with that of any other bottle; and
      2. (ii) the bottle shall be destroyed when empty.

10. (j) The annual license fees are:

    1. (1) $200 for a 12-tasting license; and
    2. (2) $400 for a 24-tasting license.
