1. (a) A holder of a Class A beer and wine license may sell beer and wine on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight.

2. (b)

   1. (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class B beer and wine license may sell beer and wine from 6 a.m. to midnight.
   2. (2) The license holder may not sell beer or wine at a bar or counter on Sunday.

3. (c)

   1. (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class C beer and wine license may sell beer and wine from 6 a.m. to midnight.
   2. (2) The license holder may not sell beer or wine at a bar or counter on Sunday.
