1. (a)

   1. (1) The chair of the Board shall receive a salary of $750 annually.
   2. (2) Each other member of the Board shall receive a salary of $500 annually.

2. (b) The Board may:

   1. (1) employ:

      1. (i) a secretary;
      2. (ii) inspectors; and
      3. (iii) clerical and other assistants as are necessary; and
   2. (2) set the compensation of the employees.
