1. (a) The Board may grant an on-site consumption permit for use at the location of the Class 1 distillery license to a holder of a Class 1 distillery license in the county.
2. (b) An application for a permit shall be made at least 30 days before the day when the permit is to take effect.
3. (c) The annual permit fee is $650.
