1. (a) The Board shall appoint an inspector.

2. (b) An inspector shall:

   1. (1) possess the power of a peace officer in the State arising out of or relating to the enforcement of this article; and
   2. (2) carry out the duties that the Board requires.
3. (c) The County Commissioners shall set the salary of the inspector.
